IN order to guarantee the absolute validity of administrative decisions, it is a must to found these decisions on a sound, correct and accurate database. In this respect, accountancy is deemed the main system providing digital data and knowledge needed by economic units and required on the national level. Therefore, it was necessary for accounting and auditing professions to cope with technical and technological developments achieved in society.

In our follow up of the developments took place in the filed of accountancy, we found that a large flurry of improvement occurred on both academic and professional levels. These developments are clearly remarkable in measuring methods, financial indications and auditing principals and currently materialized in the immensely various scientific researches and applications made in accountancy, which accordingly witnessed remarkable improvements crowning all previous achievements took place since the creation of accountancy science up to recent time.

Accordingly, to successfully cope with such modern developments, it was required by the Office to elect a staff of accountants distinguished by their ultimate creativity and full awareness of scientific application of modern accounting and administrative systems. The Office is also keen on developing its own skills and capabilities to successfully conform to different improvements in all areas of accountancy and auditing.
